Privacy
Short version: the calculators run entirely in your browser, and nothing you type into them is sent anywhere. The site does show adverts supplied by Google, and counts visits with Google Analytics. Both use cookies, and neither starts until you agree to it.
What the calculators do with your figures
Nothing leaves your device. Every calculation is performed by JavaScript running in your own browser. The amounts, rates and dates you enter are never transmitted to this site, to Google, or to anyone else, are never logged, and are never stored.
Advertising
This site is monetised with Google AdSense. There is a single advert on each page, in one fixed position at the top, directly below the menu. Google's "Auto ads" are not used, so Google does not place extra adverts anywhere else.
To do this, your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. Google and its advertising partners may then:
- set and read cookies, or similar identifiers, in your browser;
- receive your IP address, the page you are on, and your browser and device details;
- use that information to choose which advert to show, to measure whether it was seen or clicked, and to limit how often you see the same one;
- combine it with data Google holds from your use of other sites and services, where you have allowed that.
Google acts as an independent controller for this processing, not as a processor for this site. Google's own explanation of how it uses data from sites that use its services is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Legal basis and consent. Personalised advertising cookies are set only if you agree to them. If you are in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, a consent message appears the first time you visit, and you can accept, reject, or choose what you allow. Rejecting means you still see adverts, but they are not personalised. You can change your answer at any time by clearing this site's cookies and reloading, or through the consent link shown in the message.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and § 25(1) TDDDG for storing or reading anything on your device). Where you have refused, non-personalised adverts are served on the basis of legitimate interest in funding the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which still requires the technical request to Google but does not build a profile of you.
Opting out separately. Independently of the message on this site, you can turn off personalised advertising across Google at myadcenter.google.com, and opt out of third-party vendors at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.
Visit counting
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count how many people visit and which calculators they use. It records the page address, roughly where in the world the request came from, and the type of browser and device. It does not record anything you type into a calculator — those figures never leave your browser at all, so there is nothing for Google to receive.
Nothing is loaded until you say yes. The Google Analytics script is not requested, and no analytics cookie is set, unless you accept it in the message that appears on your first visit. If you decline, or simply ignore the message, no request is ever made to Google Analytics from this site. You can change your answer at any time with the Privacy settings button at the bottom of any page.

What is stored on your device
- Your currency choice, if your browser allows it — so you do not have to pick it again. It sits in your browser's local storage, never leaves your device, contains no identifier, and clearing your browser data removes it.
- Advertising cookies set by Google, as described above, and only where you have consented to them.
- Google Analytics cookies (
_gaand similar), only if you accepted visit counting. They hold a randomly generated identifier and expire after two years. Declining means they are never set. - Your answer to the consent message, so you are not asked on every page.
That is the complete list. No account, login or tracking cookies of this site's own.
Server logs
This site is hosted by Hostinger (HOSTINGER, UAB, Švitrigailos str. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Lithuania), on servers inside the European Union. Like any web host, the server records standard technical information when a page is requested: IP address, time, the page requested, and the browser identifier. These logs exist for security and error diagnosis, are not combined with anything else, are not used to build a profile, and are not sold or shared.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

External content
Apart from the Google services described above, pages on this site load no fonts, scripts, images, or embeds from third-party servers.
Where a page links out to another website, that site has its own privacy policy, and this one no longer applies once you follow the link.
Transfers outside the EU
Google is a US company and may process the data described above on servers outside the EU. Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data held about you, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
This site itself holds no personal data about you beyond the server logs described above. For data Google holds through its adverts and visit counting, Google is the controller and its own privacy tools apply.
